Exercises on Sukoon (تدريبات على السكون)

Lesson Description:

In this lesson, students will practice reading short phrases that contain letters with Sukoon. The aim is to help students become more comfortable when joining letters and words smoothly without adding extra sounds. Students will read a variety of examples that focus on correct pronunciation, clear articulation, and proper stopping at Sukoon letters. This lesson builds on the basic understanding of Sukoon learned earlier and prepares students for fluent Quranic reading.

Objectives:

• Practice reading words and short sentences with Sukoon


• Improve smooth joining between letters


• Strengthen pronunciation and clarity during recitation


• Prepare for more advanced Tajweed lessons

Requirements:

• Completion of basic Sukoon reading on individual letters


• Basic ability to recognize and read Arabic letters with Harakat
